In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. -  I have been a member of ICE since i made my eim on  3rd october. Usually when im online and not raiding im allways in the ice cc  trying to help new players.

What are your strengths? - Strong leadership & being organized are my top priorities. 

What are your weaknesses? - Spotty play time, it all depends on how much i'm working. (Always find time to hop on even if its for a good hour). Sometimes I catch myself tagging along with a troll but when it starts to get out of hand I do my best to end it.

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - I've been playing Alora for some time now and have faithfully stayed in ICE from the start of my EIM (which was after I found out it was a thing). As mentioned above I always find time to hop on, grind a little and have a friendly chat with fellow cc members. I'm always trying to help and guide new members in the right direction and find ways to help other enjoy the game the most.
