Implement Combat Achievements on Alora.

Combat Achievements are something the community has been asking for since they were released on OSRS. They provide a large amount of PVM content from early to end-game.
Like the Achievement Diary, these tasks add a lot of depth to the game. They teach players how to properly engage with boss mechanics along with testing the abilities of players through various challenges.
They come with prestigious cosmetics to show off player's prowess and powerful rewards/perks to aid players in their continued journeys.
FAQ:
What do we do about the slayer helmet kits already in-game?
- While I despised the decision to put these in the store from the beginning, I don't think they should be refunded. The kits for these slayer helmets are currently tradeable so it's not reasonable to track them all down to refund the current owners. These kits should remain in the store and tradeable. On OSRS there is no kit, Ghommal creates the CA slayer helmet variants. This method should be used on Alora for helmets earned through Combat Achievements. If players want to change their slayer helmet or revert it back to a normal slayer helmet, they could do so via Ghommal.
Will Grandmaster Combat Achievement Tier be required for Completionist status?
- In my opinion, no. Completionist status requirements should remain as they are.
Will kill count tasks be retro-active?
- While this is up to the developers, it would be my hope that these tasks get completed by prior kill counts. It works this way on OSRS and that data is already tracked so I don't see why it wouldn't be able to work this way. Speed, mechanical, perfection, restriction and stamina tasks, however, are not retroactively completed.
