How goes it Alora friends
I am Housecat. I've yet to get around to introducing myself to the forums but some of you may already know me from in-game! Here is my introduction and I can't wait to post many more updates/posts

- From Hawaii currently living in Las Vegas
- I've been scaping since 2004/5 on and off. Only maxed my normal ironman when I had tons of free time a few years back.
- I own a 4 year old GSD prior service dog.
- I spent from 21-25 in Federal Law Enforcement operating in HRT (hostage rescue) for the Federal Bureau. (I do not and will not talk about much of what I done). I was officially terminated on April of 2022 due to an combat related injury sustained in an domestic night-time raid.
- I simply enjoy spending any free time I get with my son and wife, and our pup. When I'm not tangled up in life I find fun things to do such as (playing Alora, playing Ready or Not, training my GSD, continuation of my own training, and enjoying outdoors).
I hope to meet you all in-game and am excited for my time spent with the great people of Alora

Maqpie - My introduction to Alora RSPS
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF & WHERE I COME FROM!
- My personal name is Nick. You can call me Maqpie (mag-pie) or Mag. I prefer not to be called my personal name unless we relate on a personal level
- I have played Runescape since I was 6 years of age, not consistently, but enough to know every in and out of the game!
- I maxed my first character when I was only 9 years of age, ign: Sawmaster6 at the time. My cousin (Jimmie) and I would play religiously. He however, was much older than I and would help me tons!
- Approximately 632 days after the release of Ironman in OSRS I achieved max rank and was one of the first to do such in-game. I of course, once again, burnt out entirely and took a fat break!
- I would later return in 2017 (months after the release of Hardcore Ironman) to set out on the adventure of maxing again! I achieved this goal earlier on in 2022 and have since played VERY on/off.
- I now get into RSPS as it takes far less of my time, and allows me to have the same fun I endured in RS in only half the time!
- In May of 2023 I had my first born son and his name is Paxton! The mother and I are planning our marriage for early/mid 2024, and are happy and healthy!
- I now do YouTube series and planned a healthy amount of upcoming series for Alora as I have enjoyed my time thus far playing!
- I relent to release my main in-game name and prefer to stay under the radar!
IF, and only IF you want to enjoy my series as I create them, feel free to check out my YouTube soon as I will release MULTIPLE videos on a weekly basis! Sometimes I will release more than other weeks, depending on life/work schedule.

What is your suggestion?: adding the scroll of imbuing to the daily task shop/slayer shop
Is this in OSRS?: Yes
Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No
How would this benefit Alora?: the scroll of imbuing is great because you can take it off so for people playing eim/gim it would be extremely beneficial to those gamemodes since you can take the imbuement off the item and use it on another item

My name is Sheets. I am a returning player to the game after a long time of inactivity. In seek of new challenges and adventures, I will be starting what's called a snowflake ironman account. For those unfamiliar with the term, give it a google search.

The concept this time around is one I haven't seen done before. Those who have done a Nuzlocke runthrough of a Pokémon game before, will find these rules sounding familiar.
THE RULES

1. One life only. We play until we die or achieve everything there is to achieve in our playthrough
2. We are locked into only being able to use the first unique obtained from every collection log section. E.g. When we go to Cerberus and get a pegasian crystal as our first unique drop, the Cerberus collection log section will be sealed off from that moment onwards. Any other uniques obtained from that log will not be available to us.
3. To make this account more enjoyable to play and follow through this progress log, some alterations have been made to the collection log. Filler items such as Zulrah scales and Keymaster teleports have been removed.
4. There will be a dupes clause in place. E.g. a whip drop from Abyssal Sire will not count as the item for that section, IF it has already been obtained in the slayer section.
5. In case of a double drop, where multiple collection log slots are filled with one drop, I will be allowed to choose which drop I'd like to keep.
THE COLLECTION LOG

Log #0 The theory of it all
SpoilerThough this concept might sound quite straightforward and luck-based, there's actually a decent bit of planning and theorycrafting that goes into this. I take pride in my ability to do so and it is something I wish to showcase in this playthrough. Therefore I will be explaining you my thought process behind the decisions made.
Usually in Runescape, especially on any private server, you want to prioritise offense over defense. This makes having good weapons quite a bit more important than good armour. That being said I'd like to introduce our first big goal: 'the big three'. These are the whip, the trident and the blowpipe. Three strong and reasonably achievable items for each of the combat styles with the ability to carry us through the midgame and even deep into the endgame of the account. The blowpipe will be a tricky one since our chances of getting it will be quite low and there aren't too many good alternatives for ranged. The other two however, are a lot more realistic.
Log #1 Getting the basics right
SpoilerBoth the whip and the trident are locked behind a relatively high slayer level, so that's where we'll start. Under level 45 slayer, task skipping is free of charge. We skip until we get a rock crabs task to start off our grind. As with almost any account I create, I start off using magic. We defensively cast our way to 35 magic, at which point we can cast fire bolt, and head off to the edgeville dungeon. There we kill 172 disciples of Iban to achieve our Iban's staff! After some melee training on more rock crab tasks, we have the attack level to wear it. Fun fact: the iban's staff has a melee attack that is almost comparable to a rune scimitar, making it a formidable starter weapon.
This staff gives us the power we need to start some of the quests. These will give us proselyte, ancient staff, god books, helm of neitiznot, dragon scimitar and a pair of barrows gloves.
Now that we've built a solid foundation for the account, it was time to profit from our relatively low combat level and try our hand at a few lower level collection log sections! We head to the revenant cave with our buttcheecks clenched and an amulet of glory at the ready. Luckily no troubles there! Our first collection log section is now closed off and over with.
We decided to use this momentum to keep the ball rolling and have a go at barrows for our second collection log section. This one being a bit more exciting since it holds great potential for our account.
Not the best, but also not the worst... At 11kc we land a Torag's helmet. Great for tanking in the future!

Hello everyone,
While the mobile client is still set to release to the public at 4pm EST tomorrow, we regret to inform you that the Mobile-Ironman Tournament will be pushed back until next week:
Revised Mobile Tournament Start Date:
Friday November 3rd, 4pm EST
Revised End Date:
Friday December 1st, 4pm EST
We have been working on this project for months — since May to be precise, and while we have made great progress towards our goal that we envisioned for it, we still have some concerns that may adversely affect the tournament, including:- Client crashes on older/weaker devices
- Lower FPS on older/weaker devices
- A need for better identification of emulators (to ensure the tournament is truly mobile-only)
While players on the latest devices (released within the past 2-3 years) likely will not be plagued with any of the aforementioned issues, we want to ensure that the majority of our players, including those on phones that are >3 years old, can participate in the tournament without crashing. We want to stress that while there is still an FPS advantage on newer devices in this tournament, the least we can do is give it our absolute best shot at making sure everyone can play without crashes and with reasonable FPS.
We hope that you understand our position, and as mentioned earlier we are still going ahead with the mobile release despite these issues since it is still very playable in its current state (and we can’t wait for you to try it for yourself!), but we owe it to our players to make the competition as fair as we possibly can.

What is your suggestion?:
Add HCGIM to the game with NO team switching so it doesn't turn out like group buyironman

How would this benefit Alora?:
It would add new content in the game by having everything being dangerous as a lot of places on Alora are safe for even HC's. Plus GIM has been released on Alora for quite some time and I believe it's time for something new. As I stated above make NO team switching so people don't start gaming the game with people that acquire tbows, scythes, etc.
