Here is a list for a few skills that you can get a good amount of money from them:

1) Thieving (you can start at ::thieve and then you can pickpocketing npc, you can buy rogue outfit from vote shop and use it at vyre for double loot)

2) Fishing (you can fish anglerfish at port pisc) 

3) Fletching (making darts) 

Also don't forget that you can vote every 12 hours and then you can sell the vote book for 6m
