Alright, Alright, lets get down to business,

Its the holidays, weather gets cold, homes get warm, and gifts galore! 

But its not about what you give, whether it be a new car or a new boat

Its always about the thought behind such gifts, whether big or small

But to continue the tradition, Santa Chase will soon fly above Alora, handing out gifts to all!

However, to receive the gift, there is all but a few things to do

 

 

1. The most important step! One that most don't catch: is to wear something warm as Santa Chase doesn't want anyone to come down with a cold
2. Another key step is to make sure you tell Santa Chase whether you've been naughty or nice! The presents are mixed! So what will you get? Will it be an unusual amount of coal? or a large amount of gold?
3. Another very important step is to make sure to keep an eye on yell, for Santa Chase will be visiting each and every city, just like every other year!
4. Also Santa Chase has a poor keen on Advertising! So tell your friends from near and far to read so they know what to do!
5. Have fun! Santa Chase doesn't want anyone to be a Grinch this year! So no matter what you get, be thankful! For no one has fun if your a sour plum!

The "Farming Ankou"

Combat level: 126

Location:...Good question, he tends to get lost easily...

 

 

 

 

Tune in on October 31st to try to find the Gardening Ankou as he wanders around various cities and towns, be sure to choose "trick" or "treat" to receive your prize! (also it will be first to trade and location will be yelled, so stay tuned!...or, well, stay alive! XD)

 

 

 

 

In light of the new clue steps in the latest update, that being today, i began doing a few clues to try out the new various clue steps it provided. Throughout them i noticed various emote clues that needed variety to different items in order to obtain the next clue. I found it quite tedious to hold all the new items, whether on another acc or just throwing them into my already cluttered bank, but then i realized that around the clue step, there are Inconspicuous crates/bush/hidey hole, etc. which in osrs, you can store the items needed for that step and can pull them out for that step before putting the needed items back into the clue-step-storage. 

 

It would be very helpful to have these able to build/work to progress with these new clue steps. It would be better than to simply drop them or just put them in a bank for whenever the particular step comes up again

• Would also help various ironmen (such as UIM) because holding/carrying all those items would take up valuable bank space

Haven't done this in awhile, so lets see if there's any summer rng luck left in the tank

Summary: As the name implies, i will be grinding out various npcs and bosses ingame for drops that will appear over yell (Example: Tanz fang, magic fang, uncut oynx, etc). This will continue until i reach 28, or a full invent, of such items. After completing the challenge, the entire invent will be given away.

Extra:

• Any duplicate rares will be stacked rather than take up another invent slot (example: 2 blowpipes will count towards 1 invent space, yes their not stackable but you should get the idea)
• Time limit: My goal is to complete this challenge before the end of the month, where everyone would usually go back to school late August/early September, Failure to complete the challenge will result in my own items being donated to the invent + extras (if i have any)
• Any pets obtained = 5m cash stack to the invent/prize pool

Lets see how much rng i have left tho it does feel pretty good to be doing the 28 rare item challenge again

I'd assume that the title gives away the message behind this but anyways, I will be hosting an Easter giveaway on April 20th, a Saturday, the day before Easter Day. The reason that its on the day before rather than on the day is because it may seem unfair to some who'll be otherwise celebrating Easter one way or another, so to make it fair i'll be hosting it on the day before, sometime in the afternoon/evening EST

 

There won't be any extra holiday-themed twists during this event

      (due to some complaints from various players, whom i won't name, they know who they are...)

 

The only thing that will make this Easter related is that i will be hiding as an EGG

     -How is this possible you ask? Well its possible due to the Easter Ring, which was a event        item obtainable during the previous Easter events on Alora

1. Introduction

• Similar to that of other seasonal giveaways i've hosted, there'll be a seasonal twist relating to this one, as it will be done close to Christmas.
• Unlike other giveaways, I'll be asking for donations for this giveaway, All donations will be recorded, either on here or on notepad or both, and will not be sold/traded away

2. Holiday Twist

• Similar to that of Halloween giveaway, the seasonal twist will be...

i find doing 1 clue at a time would slowly make them less desirable to do, people will complain/ask questions as to why all their 3a is suddenly gone. People will be asking for a compensation which may or may not ruin the eco for a bit. I also find it how NO ONE TALKS ABOUT BLOODHOUND, in OSRS, Bloodhound is only obtainable by completing clues, which makes it one of the most rarest pets, however, the Bloodhound on here is obtainable via vote store and in the store. Also 3a is a popular fashionscape material but other than that, it has really no use, well except maybe for the ironmen who have 3a and are using them for pvming, etc. At least keep the stackable clues, gives my clue casket streams a reason to do. Though it will be only a matter of time till 3a prices go back down to what they are now.

 

Apologizes if this seems like a bit of a ramble, cause its rlly not that common to pull out 3a from hard/elite clues

I have mixed feelings about this, cause for one, when i started, i went out to grind each 3rd age piece from clue scrolls, and stackable clues + stackable caskets were good motivations for me to see what i could possibly get from the mass openings, even did a stream or 2 regarding those. It actually would be a pain to regrind that...and the stackable clues should be kept. Just maybe put a limit that allows you to only do them 1 at a time, cause as a guy who enjoys doing clue scrolls, i personally would mind to see the clues scrolls i had been collecting to be wiped. Though they should up the rarities of 3a and possibly other items. So im neutral 

 

Also if this actually passes, then rip my clue opening streams

 

 

 

And while on the topic of clue rewards rework, how bout we put the Bloodhound pet as a reward for opening clues, cause in OSRS, the only way to get a bloodhound pet is through opening clue caskets, it kinda has no value sitting in vote shop
