I've put some thought into this, but not into what they could or would look like until i get them drawn out or if someone wants to help with that.

 

But i suggest we could bring Donor Capes into Alora. They would correspond with what rank you are. Obviously you can't wear a Master Donator cape if you're a Super Donator.

 

Just for now, the color of each cape would be the correspond with the wearers rank:

 

Red: Donator

Green: Super

Blue: Extreme

Purple: Legendary

Yellow: Uber

 

and then as for Master, maybe a poll could be set up following this topic on what color would be best, considering the symbol for it is more of a rainbow-ish color under the FAQ part of the store. Unless the cape matches what the color of your rank is in-game, then it would be set to white, but as I am typing this, I'm referring to the FAQ page under the store. 

 

As for perks on these capes, again, a poll could be set up for the community to vote upon if they wish to have perks on these capes.

It could be fun to have some more items available for donators to reward them for their rank, but I can see Omicron having other work prioritized first instead of adding things like this so i'm gonna stay neutral.

An interesting suggestion, thank you for the input, but we got symbols that correspond to donator ranks next to our names. Therefore, I can only think of one benefit out of this, goes towards fashion-scape?

 

As of this particular moment i'm sure there are more important updates to look at, but maybe this could be potentially added in the future?

They would be cool to have but I will have to say that this is a no support from me. We already have donation symbols and colored skins per rank, and this type of fashion-scape will take away from the OSRS vibe that we are trying to maintain as much as possible.

Although I like the idea, Alora is an OSRS-based RSPS. Adding something of a donator cape, or a custom item in general would take away from that.

The item would have to be in Osrs to be implemented here. Can't have any custom made items as it takes away from the old school feel we have here on Alora.

As others have said in this thread, Alora is a server based heavily around OSRS so if an item isn't there it likely won't be implemented here.
