With no runes in your inventory, your normal spell book looks something like this:

 

 

Though all the spells are greyed out, you are still able to use the teleport spells. Unfortunately, since they are greyed out (or not light, as if we could use it), they are very difficult to see.

 

I suggest that the teleport sprites be lit at all times to QoL. It would look something like this: (minus the non-tele spells)

I support this especially if it works in the way you described.  I thought you had to use the teleport wizard for this reason.  I've been on many other servers and the spell book is presented in the way your suggesting and it's such a nice addition.  I think it'll also help new players familiarize themselves with the server better.

This would be helpful with letting new players know that they can use these city teleports without runes. It has been added to our main list, thank you for the suggestion.
