Add Saradomin's Tear to Zilyana drop table

I know the server strives to stay close to osrs. That being said in osrs the Saradomin's tear used to make the blessed saradomin sword can be obtained from the Bounty Hunter store. I think it would be a nice addition to the game to have Zilyana drop it at a rate of .24 or .48. We already have tentacle, I think this would be a nice addition. It would also add some diversity in end game weaponry, considering tentacle defender is basically the best setup. Blessed sara sword can compete with that.

No support, it's in the PKP store here on  alora, same as bounty store on Osrs, as it should.

We try to copy osrs as much as possible, and this is not a drop for a reason, its an exclusive pkp shop reward.
