I don't see why you just couldn't have been demoted down a tier, rather than completely demoted. You must've said something really unprofessional and inappropriate....Oh well, people make mistakes, and then they learn from them. 

 

You had several staff applications denied before finally being accepted onto the staff team, and then you went onto proving plenty of people wrong. Aside from some of the silly incidents that occurred in your time spent as a staff member, you did a great job, and you were in fact one of my favourite staff members. You have definitely been one of the most evolving community members. A big thank-you for your time and contributions, To gain. I hope to see you continue playing, and possibly be given a second chance to be a member of staff again in the future, because you were a great addition and very likable throughout the community - not just as a staff member, but generally as a person. Take care of yourself, brother.

We all make mistakes, we are only human but it's what you do after the mistakes that define you, I hope you can come back from this and work your way back to the staff team. Best of luck and cheers for what you did during your time as staff.

In the end of the day @ To gain you exceeded everyone's expectations and went beyond what others have achieved, regardless of what has happened which led to your departure from the team. Coming from me lol we all make mistakes & it really just comes down to how you handle those mistakes and learn/progress from them.

 

I have high hopes for you.

Sometimes people take things for granted - It's opportunity's like this that can be a blessing in disguise even at the time if it doesn't seem like it.

 

You've always been a well-rounded staff member with strong attributes and it's just a shame it's gone to waste.

Nevertheless I'm sure somewhere down the path you will hopefully return stronger & better than ever.

@ To gain I am glad to see you take action and publicly speak about it to clear the air. I was wondering what happened, and I'm happy to see you taking your demotion well and continuing to help out and advertise your help. I didn't get to work with you for long, but I know you're a brilliant staff member and you really do show your drive with your words and actions.

 

Humans are creatures of habit, sometimes we slip up and make mistakes. It's one thing to ignore it, but to come out and acknowledge the wrongdoing and take hold of your actions gives me reason to believe you'll come back better than ever. I hope to see you rejoin the team, it was a pleasure getting to learn and work with you  .

This is a great example that even being part of staff you can't just be immune to whatever you'd like because of your rank. It happens to the best of us and I'm sure we all have had thoughts similar to your decision. 

 

In all honesty this is partially why I never liked pking; tons of trash talk which I try to avoid. Hence the reason why I only ever gotten warned/mutes was because of being in the wilderness with other players pking.
