Support for sure, im sure a lot of people have points left that are currently pretty useless.

Support would make runecrafting points have a reason, aside of just pouches/elder robes (for pures really lol).

I support this since osrs has rune shops they can buy runes from, would help out on Alora a little to make rune grinds a little less overwhelming at times.
