A few website/forum suggestions.

 

 

• Make it so, you can't bump everyone topics. Because currently you can and imo it shouldn't be that way as the system can be abused.
• Add a new theme for the forums would be cool to have second theme as an option.
• I think this would be good idea for our Event Managers, but host Video Of The Month. The subject would be chosen by staff team and reward would be possibly in-game gp & forum award or something else like that. This would be a good advertisement for the server as well, so.
• This would a small nice hook for the forums "Youtube Videos In Profile". Probably not a most needed one, but would be a cool nice addition to the forums. Allows users to add Youtube video in their profile page. I assume the hook name is quite self-explanatory as well.
• I am sure everyone in the community is curious what is being develop and whatnot so would be nice see this section being more active -> https://www.alora.io...velopment-blog/ @Omicron
• Add a POPULAR CONTRIBUTORS sidebar shows who has gotten most likes in a day/weekly/monthly
• Add a section for Intellectual Debates this is added on a quite a few RSPS not sure, if this will be too active, but we would see, if anything and always can be removed if lack of activity in the section.

1. I don't mind this as long as there is a limit to how often you can bump instead of just removing it.

2. Support a second theme.

4. Might be useful, but not many people actually visit profiles imo.

5. Omicron is a busy guy, if he has time sure. Otherwise we always get updates from him anyway.

6. Support makes forums active. 

7. Support and it would need to be moderated due to trolls/spam.

• I definitely agree with this suggestion that it should be fixed, I wasn't aware of this suggestion until you have suggested it. 100% support.
• Support on the second suggestion as it's always cool to have some new changes in the theme.
• I will remain neutral on this suggestion as it's truly up to the Event managers to decide, since it's a prize related suggestion.
• I will support this suggestion also as it's no harm to have YouTube videos on your profile and it could be amusing to watch if you visit someone's profile to stalk.
• I agree for 100% that the development blogs could be more active, however it's all up to Omicron or someone who is aware of his codings to really implement that.
• This is a small change that could have some impact to the members. It could be a goal system for people to reach and maybe in that way people will go more active the the forums, as long as it's no reputation boosting.
• I will remain neutral on this suggestion as it's kinda already implemented on the general discussions, but who knows.

 Well done fully support, many of these suggestions would be beneficial to the server I will say the last bullet point.

I think this would cause more issues than being beneficial to the forums. I see daily multiple players in the game on yell every day fail to have intellectual debates and rather turns in to an argument of flaming and cursing.

 Well done fully support, many of these suggestions would be beneficial to the server I will say the last bullet point.

I think this would cause more issues than being beneficial to the forums. I see daily multiple players in the game on yell every day fail to have intellectual debates and rather turns in to an argument of flaming and cursing. 

Personally don't think this should be a issue as we have more than enough staff members with a forum powers and if users come to the topic purposely to troll their comments will be of course removed.  

 

But, Yeah I understand your point regardless doubt it would be added anyways.

4. I don't see any use for this & it would probably overcrowd the profile page, no support on this one.

Easy support on all of these. I hardly log on to the game anymore and strictly do forums so anything to possibly drive an increase in players using it and/or making it better to use is a great idea.

Great ideas I hope they can implement except maybe the last one as others mentioned. Sometimes the rsps community can get a little toxic but who knows, it would be interesting at least. I'm hoping the forums can become a little more active since there are 500+ players in the game.

Omicron may be busy as others have stated, so I could go either way on that one. 

 

Not sure why intellectual debates wouldn't work, with a few rules for the section (ie no flaming others comments) I think it could remain civil and a fun place to discuss things.

i support this, especially the additional theme. I think the staff team could make some great things.

1. The bump button should be utilizable for own engendered threads only. I withal believe a timer should be put in place for when bumping own engendered threads - 12 or 24 hours seems plausible.
2. If there was to be another forum theme, I believe it should be a light theme to give the community more of a variety, however, having a light theme would have high chances of causing issue with bright texts (ranks for example), including more things.
3. I very much like the concept of this. It would be a nice addition for Alora's video creators. It would withal make things more incentivizing and rewarding for them. Having your very own video on Alora's homepage would be an awesome feel, too.
4. This was a prevalent mod when a majority of RuneScape Private Servers utilized the IPB version which Alora is currently utilizing, I quite liked having a musical composition played from your profile when someone visited it.
5. I would dote to optically discern the development blog section be utilized more often, I've always been fascinated with keeping up to date with development progress of upcoming big updates, not to mention that it hypes the upcoming big updates more.
6. I don't believe this is a feature for the IPB version which Alora using, so it would have to be custom made. I do like the idea, as it would increase forum activity and would encourage the community to contribute more to the forum. 
7. I support this, but the section would have to have rules put in place and be heavily moderated.
