Merk has been a controversial topic on alora since day 1 with his fake giveaways for subs and youtube traffic, I saw someone say make a poll to ban merk, so I made this to see the community's thoughts on the matter.

Not sure if you knew this, but there's this feature in-game called "Ignore list", if you get so triggered over his yells every few hours, perhaps try put him on that list?

If he really isn't paying out the giveaways than I support him being banned, there should be no reason he gets to advertise his YouTube channel here that has other servers as well if he isn't paying out giveaways.

I don't condone what he is doing, nor am I 100% sure his giveaways are fake, how ever... I'm almost positive if his giveaways did happen to be all a lie, staff would revoke his YouTuber rank. And not to mention, the yells that are taking place by this user do happen to correspond with rule #14d, so I'm really not too phased on the matter, but I could be wrong on what was mentioned above. Also I would take Not a Nerd 's advice into play.

I get very very annoyed by the constant spam but this is not worth a ban. possibly changing of yell rules, yes but not to be banned

Oh, it doesn't bother me at all lol, all I do is merch atm so I don't look at my screen much but I always see people complaining about him so decided to make this just to see what others thought.

I have been thinking about this a little bit and I feel I should add some feedback also. Firstly on the yells I have no problem with him yelling he is doing a giveaway at all, I did the same as it gets the message out, but to sit there afk on an auto typer is so annoying and to be honest shouldn't be aloud (in my opinion). Are these giveaways legit? I don't know in my opinion I don't think so but I trust the staff that they would stop a scammer so. I think at best the rules should be changed on auto typing on yell about youtube giveaways and stuff I mean look what happend with Big Rob.

I can see that some people are troubled by this topic but we have never and will never poll bans by the community. If you have evidence of this player committing an offense, please feel free to post a report in the “Report a Player” section, not try to start a witch hunt.

I believe MHK locked this topic, however just to touch on the point regarding the fake giveaway, they're all 100% legitimate. I know this because I personally add the bonds to the winners' collection boxes, so rest assured the bonds are indeed being rewarded.
