While I understand there are players out there who don’t wish to play GIM anymore and don’t wish to start over on a new ironman account, there would need to be more than just simply de-ironing. The player must leave the team via the GIM removal ticket first before attempting to de-iron. Then again, this system could be abused if the user decides to take items from the shared bank then kick themselves by using the GIM removal ticket on themselves, which requires no vote to do so.

Neutral for now, as I feel this would not be easy to implement a strong de-iron system for GIMs without possibility of abuse.

People can still abuse it - since you can kick yourself anyways? So you could basicly take ur teams bank and kick urself, would be same deal. but aight

You can buy items on GIM now since you can add/remove group members. I don't think this is a good idea.

You just can't do this.. you can go from having infinite teammates giving you items to claiming you're a solo player, and it's impossible to filter who has and hasn't been fed items. Sorry friend, but no support on this.

Also, why not just play solo GIM? Which is essentially the same idea, other than the difference in XP rates.

The fact that @Paddewwa already stated that you can “buy” your items makes the normal ironman game mode less worthy, since u can simply make a new GIM, buy the items, de-iron and play as a reg Ironman with BIS gear. No thanks.

What I do support is to go from GIM straight to normal player, since the Classic mode is x5 people could abuse the GIM mode also to boost that extra x1 exp.
