There's no debate that TOM is hugely beneficial for iron game modes.  Between the herbs, and hardwood logs TOM provides much needed resources for irons.

 

BUT

 

Will it be profitable for normal accounts? If so, what items will provide the best income?

mahogany logs to turn into planks,  coal is probably the most profitable

Even benefital for UIM's for the first coin storage in-game. Unfortunately even trading-in mole skin + claw doesnt work since the nests all fall on ground. :(
