Hello Alora,

this is my first suggestion so bare with my format.

Why should we add Murky Matt?

Simply a QoL to bring use to those half used jewelry charges.

What does Murky Matt do?

This NPC allows the ability to decant partially-charged jewelry.

i.e. combining a Amulet Of Glory (1) and Amulet of Glory (3) into a fully charged Amulet of Glory (4) !

How can we implement this NPC with benefit to players and the server?

My first intuition on adding this NPC is making it only available to Donators+ 

as well as placing him here!

I'm all for adding him, no down sides to not having him in game. Will free up 3 extra bank spots rather than having one of each charge sit in bank, trust me 3 spots goes a LONG way for me :P

 

Just don't add it where the void dude is because some people complained about the Npc being in the way when clicking on the rejuvenation pool.

I have the Amulet of Eternal Glory, so charges are no longer an issue for me, but I agree, this would be a nice implementation into the game.
