ok so first off I was going to do 100 people but damn finding people to answer two questions is hard as fuck!

i asked 15 people who have played for over a week and this is their response to alora staffs general effectiveness

I understand that you were doing the on a rate of 1-10 thing, but uhhhh could you explain it. I got super confused reading this thread just because there was a lack of explanation on what you did. In addition, you should explain how you did the survey e.g. what questions you asked and how you found the players.

 

Otherwise yes, it's clear that the staff have room to improve.
