In the Alora Store you can buy a name change ticket for 250 tokens and can purchase it in game if being sold by another player. You may also custom donate for a 1 or 2 letter name change.

Pretty much what Smiv said, but you can also trade your items into a new account. However, you will not be able to transfer your donator rank unless you become an extreme donator (min $250 donated).
