What is happening regarding coronavirus in your area? My university has just suspended all face to face teaching for the remainder of our term so all lectures and classes are done online. We are also being advised to self isolate as much as possible and only go out if necessary and we are not showing symptoms.
At least in SoCal, some universities (mine included) cancelled classes for a week then resume to online instruction for a month before going back to in-person instruction. Besides that, people are buying a lot more of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water, etc. as well as rice, pasta, and canned soups. There's limits now towards how many cases of water you can purchase per household. Lastly, dine-in restaurants can only let you order food to-go. Movie theaters and gyms are also closed. Can imagine bars and nightclubs being closed, too.
Pretty sure all Texas Universities are closed till March 30th then resume via online teaching.
Also lots of crazy hoarders bought all the shit like tp etc. but has since been re-stocked.
Closest case is like a 5hr drive
Oh god yeah the hoarding is bad in the UK too, went to the shop to do a good shop and it was empty, came out with hardly anything
Everything slowly closing down here in Czech Republic. Schools closed, alot of public areas closed aswell, only shops are running and some other necessary places like gas stations, hospitals etc and ye entire country is on lockdown
