Donator Zone Rework

Uber Zone (Realm of the Fishing King):

•5 Grey / Red Chin spawn (2 areas for each)
•Regular / Oak / Teak / Mahogany Trees next to a Sawmill Operator
•Farming Patches with increased yields (Allotements, Flower, Herb, Tree, Fruit Tree, Bush)
•Rejuvenation Pool at the teleport
•Teleport Wizard
•Gilded Well (5x the regular cost of the Well, for a better bonus xp rate)
•NPC who sells a special service; at a fee, he can expand your bank space by 50 (up to 200 more space)

Master Zone (Barrier)
•Wrath / Blood / Soul Altars (only the altars, not the Dark Altar nor the Dense Essence Mine)
•Duradel Slayer (if possible, coded to act like a special supply drop task, like Konar used to be before the implementation of the keys)
•The Cook from Cook’s Assistant who will cook your raw food for a fee, and doesn’t grant XP

Immortal Zone (Barrier):
•Anglerfish
•Cooking range next to a bank
•An NPC who will fletch Arrow Shaft & Feather or Headless Arrows into Arrows + Arrow Tips for a fee, and doesn’t grand XP. It could also fletch Darts, Bolts, and Javelins.
•Estate Agent with the ability to transform your house into the Twisted House (from the Twisted League reward shop) for a fee.

While I do agree there should be Uber+ zones (obviously biased), I believe these suggestions are a bit OP

And no support for rest of the stuff. Too OP. Donating is about supporting the server and getting some benefits. Not getting ezscape (my opinion)

I'm fairly sure this has been suggested multiple times, again too many people think its op, especially all the players without the donor rank. 

Maybe instead of a whole new zone, maybe it can just be coded that donor ranks can do more, e.g. Anglerfish spot for uber+? I'm sure a few more could be thought about.

I wouldn't mind seeing more benefits such as the more chin spots, but some of the benefits you mention in this thread seems ridiculously OP.

There are three things I like from this that I think should be implemented somehow somewhere in game.  

 

The Cook from Cook’s Assistant who will trade your raw food for cooked food for a fee, and doesn’t grant XP

• Fee could be dependent on donor rank.

Who doesn't want more bank space?

I wouldn't mind additional perks for higher ranks, only problem is finding a balance, basically anything that will ever be suggested will be countered by lower ranks saying no support or too op. In the end Omicron will add what he wants to higher donor ranks when he wants if he so chooses to.

Some are OP but honestly, I agree with plenty of these. Especially TELE WIZARD!

an extra herb patch or 2 would be nice, even if it got coded to where they grow at same rate as osrs, just something a little extra on the side. But everything else on this is just too OP, even for an RSPS.

I don't see a High tier donator zone realistically being implemented unless Uber+ users are willing to compromise and settle for a simple relocation. As I see it with the current perks at high tier donator ranks they're as a stand alone more than sufficient to make it worth the GP spent to acquire. So I don't see an issue with having a UZone that's just simply relocated to a better, less dull location with much the same benefits as the low tier donator zones (maybe a few added benefits but nothing extreme). It'd basically just be a premium lounge for Uber+ to hang out, bank stand or semi-AFK skill. Doesn't sound too bad to me, you'd basically only be in contact with other Veteran players in this zone.

Absolutely love the concept! I'd love to see you rework them to be less OP. Like many stated before me, making the game more 'P2W' doesn't sound like a good idea. Having more donator zones for higher ranks with better benefits does.
