What is your suggestion?:
On OSRS, as an ironman, if you don't craft them you buy them in the Mage Bank Rune Shop.
Alora used this NPC in their ::shops system so ironmen can not access him.

My suggestion: Add cosmic runes to the Wizard Guild's Rune Store, with a higher stock because we can't hop worlds like OSRS.

How would this benefit Alora?:

Ironmen that don't like to RC can buy it from the store.

Also Prifddinas should have a shop that has stock of 250. I don't know if this is coded, but u need 70 construction.

Would be nice to have alternative for lower levels.

OSRS has cosmic runes in a shop, so should we, simple as that :)

There's a large variety of ways to get cosmic runes already, and they're needed for very few things so having an abundance isn't really necessary.
