Small idea I've been thinking about due to the amount of ragging i've noticed happens on Alora.. whether its one itemers OR people in black dhide, veng, and bolts attacking people who actually risk so that they aren't able to pk.

A easy fix I've noticed in the RSPS community is risk protection..

As an example if I'm risking 500m in the wilderness, someone who is risking 500k wouldn't be able to bolt rag me.

On the flip side of this, to keep from abusing this... Something that could be included is if IM risking 500m and i hit someone risking 500k, the risk protection is gone for 2-5 minutes or so. I truly believe this would keep people from risking zero loot but still being able to hit people who risk and allow people to actually risk more in the wilderness.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

No support. I’ve been killed more times then I can count by people risking absolute bank and I do not complain because the wilderness is a high risk area where you can lose everything on you. As long as you can record while pking and are ragged you can submit the evidence in a report where the proper punishment can be handed out. Another reason I don’t support is that your basically saying that if you risk over a certain amount you should be protected from allowing others to attack you while you have no restrictions, that just doesn’t seem fair to me. When you go into the wilderness with half a bill risk you should know the risk.

Besides that ^, there is some sort of risk protection coded in Alora already, exactly the way you're stating.

There is already a risk protection system in the game. Gear up in a 1m set up and attack someone wearing a max gear setup. It'll tell you you're unable to attack them unless you risk x amount. If you attack them they are able to attack back however.

As my fellow peers have stated, there is risk protection already in the game.
