What is your suggestion?: Make it so Prifddinas Elves gives Elite Clue Scrolls when thieving.

Is this in OSRS?: No this is not, but I used to play alot of RS3 and there the elfs in Prifddinas were a main source of getting Elite Clue Scrolls.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No it has not.

How would this benefit Alora?: I think people can agree, not all but alot of them that doing clue scrolls is fun and opening them is even more fun. Introducing this way of getting clue scrolls would benefit those people that enjoy skilling over PvM  to gather clue scrolls without being forced to do combat etc.

I'm 50/50 with this one, as good as it would be to be able to thieve some elites, can't you just fish/hunt for the elites? Two easy ways. I can't be the best person to comment though, clue scrolls are resident sleeper.

No support. In rs3 versus osrs. Elites are pretty easy to come by already

Elite clues are not that difficult to come by, to be quite honest. Don't need a much easier method to collect them, especially if it's an RS3 feature.

I support this if the rate of getting an elite from them is low, there are specific ways to get easy such as ham members and stone chests for meds, other than a few monsters and bosses there isn’t anything like that for elites, fishing is okay but not specific with a 1/4 chance of the clue you get being an elite.

I am not for making the rates for elites high. Less than .1% would be acceptable due to how fast pick pocketing is and that users can do more than one activity for thieving.

I support the idea with very low rates, otherwise I am not for it.

Above .3% too high imo

.1% is acceptable imo, and can always be increased in the future. I prefer having something be broken, and through testing can be finely adjusted. 

Thanks for the suggestion man. The stalls in Prif should be able to be thieved from too.

No support. Elites are very easy to obtain from bossing or raids, also as you mentioned it was the elves in RS3 where you could obtain the elites and not OSRS.
