Allow Crystal Teleport Seeds to be Rechargeable.

How would this benefit Alora?:

This would allow easier access to Lletya which is required for the Western Provinces Diary & would also open up an easier way to access the Fruit Tree Patch located in Lletya.

Would support this, currently you can get the eternal teleport crystal which isn't the easiest to obtain, and being able to recharge the normal crystals would open up another fruit tree patch!

Support, no need for this to be excluded if the only way to avoid recharging is a rare eternal drop!
