Suggestion:

Allow us to note our vote books to be able to transfer between accounts or to buy/sell them easier

 

Other items that should be noted:

All boosters that are transferable between accounts

Has your suggestion been accepted?

Not that I've seen.
Is this in OSRS?

How would this benefit Alora?
It would make moving them easier, whether its transferring to another account, putting in your TP, or just selling over a trade, I don't see why it makes us do the extra steps in moving, selling, or buying them.

Neutral  for the moment. can see the positive off it but idk how much this can take prio over other things, things have worked like for this for awhile, hasnt been an issue before,

Neutral, Vote book and booster have been untradable for a long time. So idk if it really worth it.

I don't see this as a necessary use of development time to create a bunch of custom items that can be noted just for the purpose of transferring between accounts, I think it's currently fine the way it is.
