Hi there, How do ppl get awards in forums? Noticed that some of you have for instance "maxed ironman" badge, which i don't even though my ironman is maxed :) Am I missing smth?

Some stuff can only be earned by winning a competition on weekends, for example the flower poker badge can only be won by winning 1st place in the flower poker tourny that's held on weekends.
