How would this benefit Alora?
it costs 500 coins to clean each herb using Zahur and you can only clean unnoted herbs.
The time it takes to clean the herbs yourself is faster then clicking on Zahur running to the bank, noting clean ones, unnnoting grimy ones.
The only reason to use Zahur to clean herbs is because you have bulk and dont care for the xp.
The "clean" method using Zahur is more time consuming then cleaning herbs yourself and it costs money.
