I just ran around for 45 minutes to every shop, to both dwarves (cannon dwarf above Falador mine, and the dwarf to the left of the fishing guild), and I cannot find the ammo mould anywhere. Can someone please tell me where to find it?

You can buy it from achievement manager after completing fremennik medium diary.
