Found this gem on my phone from a festival I went to in 2019 , I always imagined what a well crafted skill cape would look in real life & When i saw this guy I had to document this moment lmao.

Fuck, not going to lie, that is actually pretty dope.

I always thought to myself runescape costumes would be pretty shit but after watching multiple runefests etc, some things are actually pretty cool!
