What is your suggestion?:
My suggestion is to have the blisterwood flail from pyramid plunder be an announced drop. 
 

Is this in OSRS?:
No, announced drops are not in OSRS to begin with though :)
 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:
Not to my knowledge
 

How would this benefit Alora?:
All rare drops or notable drops in Alora are announced over yell. As this is a 1/1000 drop, I think it would be a great addition to be announced as this can be quite a grindy item.
