What is your suggestion?:

Prevent the giant mole from digging when beeing in a mole instance.

This would make mole more enjoyable to kill and i think if this were to be accepted the price of the mole instance could be raised a bit so it also would be a decent money sink and it would give players more incentive to open a instance.

Is this in OSRS?:

This is not

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

Could not find it so asuming it hasn't

How would this benefit Alora?:

The giant mole has no major drops (other then pet) that makes it worth it to camp,For ironman on the other hand its 1 of the better options of gathering bird nests to make brews.

Unfortunately, no matter how good it sounds @To gain, I'm going to have to No support on this one.

1. The digging is a big mechanic of the boss and it would change the boss entirely to remove this

2. You can always use the falador shield to see where the mole is

I should add however, that maybe the digging mechanic should be looked at as in OSRS the mechanic is as follows, I do believe it digs a bit more on this server:

Burrow: When the mole's health is between 5-50%, there is a 25% chance for any incoming attack to cause it to burrow away into another location.

I'm aware that the shield is to track the mole, however you spend more time running around then killing the boss, so if players could pay a premium lets just say 5-10m to open an instance to avoid having to run around all the time, it would make killing mole alot more enjoyable.

No support, whats the point of having the dig update and the diary shields to locate if you're just gonna make a instance and afk kill it.

@mochiii the point is to stop mole beeing dead content as it is right now, i think its safe to day the majority of the players go there to kill the 30 for the diary and never go back, because its a pain to kill.

And it was 100x more chill to kill before the dig update, for some players if that means they have to pay an x amount to be able to kill the mole without having to run around all the time its worth it.

NO support, I'd let him dig even more! (it aint even that bad with dharoks/tbow)

Extra wiki info: Moles have been found to tolerate higher levels of carbon dioxide than other mammals, because their blood cells have a special form of hemoglobin that has a higher affinity to oxygen than other forms. In addition to this, moles utilize oxygen more effectively by reusing the exhaled air, and as a result, are able to survive in low-oxygen environments such as burrows.

So the above means they're build to dig.

So hardcores need to do birdhouse runs instead of afk noted mole skins/claws for brews.

I z you to gain.
