Allow players to make a Spirit Sapling from scratch rather than pay 612,500 from estate agent

How would this benefit Alora?:

Allows players to save costs by investing time. It's very pricey for something you can create yourself normally.

Seeing as it's a thing in os, I don't see why it shouldn't be on alora.

I don't see the need for this. It's only used to make the spirit tree in your POH, and it's a 1 time fee of 600k for it.

not necessary at all with gp being very easy to come by on alora for 600k no support
