What is your suggestion?: Allow the ability to create an instance of the Catacombs of Kourend

Is this in OSRS?: N/A

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Don't think so

How would this benefit Alora?: The Catacombs can get quite packed with players completing slayer tasks. With this being a 1 world server, it gets challenging and frustrating for players when multiple people are trying to complete a task and get crashed usually causing people to flame. Especially on the weekends when the online player count is higher. This would be a nice QOL option for players to avoid this and also an increased value to instance tokens. I know this was possible during league mode so hoping it could be an easy addition if approved.

Support, this was implemented in last leagues so I don't see why not.

We're not going to allow players to create their own instances, but what we can do is open up the second leagues-only catacombs to all players when there is no ongoing league tournament.
