Hi!

 

I do not have a top three, but my favourite boss is Dagannoth Supreme because you can kill it in public room and whilst it is respawning there you can kill it in instance room!

Hmm, in no particular order, I would say Alchemical Hydra, Zulrah and Cerberus. 

 

Mainly chose these because of the pets.
