I've seen him in help chat responding to questions, etc. Outside of that, I don't think his uptime is as frequent as Mystogan's.

And that being said, I would totally be in support of him being promoted to Mod. That's usually how promotions work - you don't just become the CEO unless you suck a lot of dick or do something incredible; you usually work your way up through the company.
