im perfectly okay with adding capes IF we toned back the random cosmetics that are coming into alora. every time i return to this game theres just new random clutter thats making it feel like a custom rsps. i know its good for funding but theres a fundamental reason why people play alora over other servers. i personally voted no due to the influx of cosmetics as a compensation. reverse that and my vote changes to yes since they fit the general aesthetics of what runescape is at its prime core

monkey with the cap is hilarious, the benefits of the capes seem great but im just worried about aesthetic of the capes and how they would fit in on alora, if omi or whatever finds a design that works im all for it

I was actually about to suggest this before I found this thread. I think the capes should have unique and useful perks to make it worth getting

Although Alora is renowned for staying as true to OSRS as possible, I’m still surprised 200m capes aren’t a thing yet. They’d be a great badge of honour for the true skillers. As long as the models are high quality and done right, I’m all for it. As for adding perks, I’m fine with it as long as they make sense and aren’t OTT.
