RS3 seems like the type to have this in it   but OSRS since its based off of 07 and Alora being based off of OSRS being to the T, inspection is to only show what needs done to it (water, compost, etc.) amulet of nature would be the only way to tell what state of health its in. if it was anything like Runelite or OSbuddy, then the client could tell you how much time is left in game. Can't support :/
