Hey there I recently thought about the monster search tab and while that is already a great help I thought it would be awesome if there were an " Item search " section. Basically instead of searching for a specific monster to see what that drops you would just search for the item you are looking for and it would list all the bosses or monsters that have a chance of dropping it.

Personally I would like to see you allow us to pick the teams so we know who were are going to be working with especially with the fact that there is $ prize with it. I dont want to be put on a team where 1 or 2 members decide to quit 2 days into the event and leave us shit out of luck. If that happens I personally would just give up.

 

This would be my only issue in competing tbh.. I'd rather do it with a group of friends that I know are going to play and not quit if they dont get a drop within a day or 2.

 

BUT, regardless of how the teams are picked, I will quite literally play 20 hours a day and have God buy a Pizza hut (not just 1 pizza, the entire place) close to my house for the entirety of the tournament. Also willing to snort adderall off of any surface (soft or hard) to win. GL everyone else :)

Alora PvM League

 

Information:

 

Welcome to Alora’s first PVM League. 

 

In the league, teams made up of up to 5 players will join together to hunt PVM drops over the span of 2 weeks. Each item, pet, or drop will be given a certain point value and at the end of the tournament, the team with the highest amount of points will be crowned the champion. Once an item, pet, etc. has been obtained by a member of a team it will be crossed out, meaning no duplicate points will be earned for that team if the drop were to be obtained again. An official Discord will be created for the event where each team will have a private channel to log their drops. Screenshots from the player’s game activity on their forum profile must be posted on the team channel indicating the time/date of each drop.

Rules:
 

• Players may only participate with one account. 

• Teams may have no more than 2 members with Master+ Donator ranks and no more than 3 members with Uber+ Donator ranks.

*Disclaimer: Account donator ranks can be requested to be lowered for the duration of the tournament to meet the team rank requirements.*

• Once sign-ups have closed and the tournament has begun, no players are able to join or swap teams.

• Once an item has been received from one NPC it cannot be obtained again from another NPC for more points.

Example: You cannot obtain points for a Dragon Pickaxe from both KBD and Venenatis.

• Participants must abide by the Alora Official Rules at all times. Failure to do so will result in team disqualification.

Prizes will be available on the official post, this league will be a $ prize tournament.

Small introduction

Hi there. I'm selling a boosting / Leeching service for players. The idea behind this is, that we do duo runs, where i'll be taking care of all the boss rooms, and you will be capping points by doing the rooms that doesn't require gear & combat stats.

 

 

This service is mostly directed towards those who doesn't know how to do cox, or people who's account doesn't meet the requirements for efficient cox runs.

 

Walktrough of a run:

 

I will be completing the run for you, while you cap on points doing whatever activities you can. This technique is also known as doodle runs, where instead of me using an alt for drops, you'll be the "alt". 

 

The things you will be doing for maximum points are:

1) KIlling all scavangers

2) Filling the braziers in Ice Demon room

3) Filling the Trough in Worms room

4) Getting the gemstone in Gemstone room

5) Fishing for points cap while i complete olm (If possible)

 

Explaining drop handouts:

 

You might be thinking, that all drops will go in my accounts name, and i understand this. This is why i offer a 50/50 split on 30m+ drops on my drops only! meaning, that if a purple chest shows in your name, you keep 100% of the drop, while if i get a purple chest, and the collected value is greater than 30m, i will be giving you 50% of that value in either normie gp or bonds (by purchasing bonds to your account we round down to nearest bond, meaning if bonds are 90m ea and we get a tbow worth aprox 3b, you will get to choose between 16 bonds or 1500m :)

Welcome to Immortal Dynasty Recruitment Thread!

 

Dynasty is a high-end PvM clan striving to be the best at everything we do. We take pride in our very successful PvM history on Alora.io such as being the current Pvm Cup and League Champions, holding the majority of PvM records, including the fastest CoX & Tob Solos and Group runs. Our player base consists of players from all gamemodes and parts of the world, together we will grow as individuals and as players of the game. With such variety in members, we manage to reach all parts of the game despite sharing the same focus - with players who love skilling, pking, and the people that just like the social aspect of video games.

 

Ranking system

Clan ranks will be given out to those who prove their loyalty to the clan. Initial recruits will be placed on a probationary period that will last around a week. The first rank will be given to those who are active in the clan both in-game and on the Discord. After the first rank, ranks will be given based on activity. This includes attending clan events, being active in the clan chat, and Discord, assisting clan members or other players, etc.

Clan members may apply for a higher-up position and are then judged by the other higher-ups.

Clan Rules and guidelines:

Most importantly, follow the rules of Alora.

 

Gambling rule:

The gambling/staking of clan members will be allowed but will have a few contingencies.

*All gambles/stakes with members will be recorded. Failure to do so will result in an infraction.

*By entering into a gamble/stake you accept all responsibility if you lose.

*Any disputes will be handled outside of the clan via private messages.

* If issues are brought into the clan it will result in an infraction.

*Multiple infractions will result in a kick from the clan. (depending on severity)

*If issues with gambling persist we reserve the right to disallow gambling/staking between members.

 

No Pking other Clan Members.

 

Be respectful to all members in / out of the clan. Members must portray a positive reflection of the clan and themselves in the community.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

* Please do not accuse or fight with other members over disputes in the clan chat.

Take them to the PM and if they are not resolved, to @Cunt Crusher or @Aryan Dream

* Loot that has been received by PvP events with the clan should be split from a known number

(For example a Ballista should be split, but not dragon platelegs or Torag’s legs.)

This does not count for scouting (unless this has been spoken with the event leaders).

* PVM splits should be debatable as well, since there could be a large amount of people in an event. While some want FFA (classic and iron-men for example) and some not.

This can potentially be split if necessary (where 1 group does splits and 1 not).

Today's update consists of many bug fixes but also plenty of new content! A few days ago, raids were released on OSRS and we've begun working on them to get them to you as soon as we can. In the meantime, here are the latest updates:

 

NOTE: You must restart your client to obtain the latest version!

 

• Combat:
  • Dragon scimitar special fixed once and for all
  • Teleblock issues fixed:
    • Fixed spam-teleblock bug which didn't allow you to attack a player who was already teleblocked
    • Teleblock accuracy slightly increased
    • Visual teleblock timer on client was previously 5-10 seconds too long, this has since been fixed.
  • Fixed issue where two people could attack the same person in 1 tick
  • Dragon spear special fix:
    • If you spec someone against a wall, it will not try to run them to the other side of the wall.
• New Duel Arena System:
  • The new OSRS duel arena has been implemented!
    • Due to the amount of scam reports the staff team has had to deal with, the new duel arena system seemed like a great option to deter scamming.
  • We've implemented the new system with the following useful features:
    • View other player's inventory/equipment (without showing amounts of any item)
    • No switch weapon ~ You will not be able to switch your weapon once the duel starts
    • (Coming later this week) Presets/Load last duel ~ Later on this week, this option will be added to make the setup interface process even smoother.
  • Bug fixes:
    • Firemaking/mithril seeds blocked within arenas
    • Flags/trapdoors fixed -- You are now able to forfeit the duel
  • NOTE:
    • There are bound to be bugs with this system, so please help us perfect it by reporting them in the correct section!
• Miscellaneous:
  • Fixed issue with trading interface -- second screen would show old item text
  • Fixed teleporting out of monkey madness and not losing items on death
  • Administrators are now able to spawn NPCs that all players can attack(for event purposes)
  • Pet options fixed:
    • Pets such as Rift guardians can now undergo metamorphosis
• Pet insurance changes:
  • Your pet will now always be insured! If you do die with it, you will only need to pay to retrieve your pet.
    • This means you won't have to pay the 5M again for insurance
  • With this update, pet insurance has been increased from 5M to a one-time fee of 10M.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Fallback for bug abuse ~ If you do manage to get out of a minigame, you will not be able to duel.
  • Dragon claws are also now tradable
• Raids items teaser:
  • Everyone is excited about raids coming out, OSRS and Alora players alike! We wanted to give everyone a small taste of what the raids items are like, so we've added these 3 components to the website store:
    • Elder maul
      • Similar to the Chaotic maul, this powerful weapon provides a heavy blow to any formidable opponent.
    • Ancestral robes set
      • A magical set of robes, in which each component provides a magic damage boost.
      • The entire 3-piece set provides a 6% boost to Magical damage!
    • Kodai wand
      • The strongest of the wands, the Kodai wand provides a 15% boost to all Magical damage!
  • Raids are being worked on as we speak, but it is a huge job which will takeat least 10 days, which is why we've decided to release a few of the items early while the hype is extremely high. Keep an eye out for more Raids information soon!
• Smoke devil cave:
  • You may now access the Smoke devil cave through the shortcut in Nieve's cave(north-west in the cave)
    • This cave has many Smoke devils which require 93 Slayer to kill and can drop:
      • Occult necklace
      • Dragon chainbody
      • & frequent alchable drops
    • Additionally, the cave can lead to the Thermonuclear smoke devil boss's lair which drops:
      • +Also drops the above items, but more frequently
      • Pet smoke devil
      • Steam battlestaff
        • Provides a 10% accuracy and damage boost when casting from the Normal spellbook
  • Smoke devils have been added as Slayer tasks:
    • *You must be on a Slayer task assigned to the Thermonuclear smoke devil to kill it!*
    • Both Smoke devils and the boss can be assigned.
• Clue scroll changes:
  • # of clue steps required greatly reduced:
    • 1-3 Easy
    • 3-6 Medium
    • 4-6 Hard
    • 7-11 Elite
  • Hard/Elite clues now have a higher chance of receiving a minimum of 3+ items rather than two
  • Hard clue rewards buffed
  • Elite clue rewards buffed (even more than hard)
• Skotizo reworked:
  • Skotizo combat rework:
    • Skotizo is now more powerful, and switches between Magic and Ranged based attacks
    • Combat bonuses increased
    • HP increased
    • Has a special attack which teleports players to him:
      • If you do not move immediately, you will be hit for 10 damage
  • Skotizo now SKULLS all players that attack him
  • Skotizo drop changes
    • Loot additions:
      • Tormented bracelet
      • Dark crabs(noted, 20-70)
      • Super combat pots(noted, 10-15)
      • Stamina potions(noted, 15-25
    • Skotizo now drops items for all THREE players who dealt the most damage(as long as they hit at least 75 dmg):
      • He will also always drop an emblem for the top 3 hitters:
        • #1: Emblem between tiers 1-6
        • #2: Emblem between tiers 1-5
        • #3: Emblem between tiers 1-4
      • For the player who dealt the most damage, Skotizo will upgrade an existing emblem in their inventory.
• Barrows point exchanging:
  • Previously, there were not many uses for barrows points. We've decided to change that and make them more useful!
    • You can now purchase a random barrows set for 15,000 points!
      • Simply speak to the Strange old man at Barrows to do so.
