I was feeling a little sentimental (for the lack of a better term) so I just wanted to give a shoutout to my best Dad (but not my only Dad), king purple.

If you don't know him, this man is a God. I met him when I joined the Staff Team in mid April 2018 and really started to get to know him in early May 2018. This man has taught me pretty much everything I know regarding Staff duties and has mentored me from the ground up. I remind him of this all the time but he's too modest to brag about that. But there's much more to Paulo than being the best mentor I could ask for and one of the best Staff Members Alora has ever seen, not to mention the best Event Manager we've ever seen.

Paulo is one of my best friends. I've had some highs and some lows, which some of you may know about but most probably won't. Paulo has been there through it all. He is an amazing human being who has such a burning passion for everything he does. And he does a lot. Hosting our events is only the surface, but I won't go into detail about that.

We love you brother. I know this turned into more of a love note than a Staff Feedback but I tell you this every day so I thought I'd just embarrass you publicly for once: I always have your back. We always have your back. Don't ever change, because not just your mentorship but your friendship goes way beyond making a video game more fun and it's something a lot of us will carry once we're gone. I know I'm not the only one who feels that way. We love you king purple.

In general they’re very close. A scythe is much more consistent whereas the tbow will obviously have a big hit every now and then, which is up to rng. I’ve had more success with my scythe over my tbow.

At the end of the day they’re both 1 and 2 for what’s best in slot to use on Verzik. My general rule of thumb when people ask me is this:

Max Strength + Scythe > Void + Tbow > Max Strength + Tent

How long have you been in ICE? - Actively, id say since start of GIM, but I was in and out of ice for more then 8 months.

What position are you applying for? -Lieutenant

Have you ever been in a Staff position or position of Power? - Admin of countless CSGO servers, nothing to serious.

If so, where and what did your duties entail? (Put N/A if not) - Make sure people weren't hacking, and keeping the server under some kind of peace.

How much time do you spend on Alora and in the CC daily? - Basically every afternoon from 3:30pm- 8-9pm, Weekends depend on whats on.

Being in the Discord is REQUIRED. Are you willing to be active in the Discord and attend weekly meetings? - Always on discord, if not on my computer always on my phone.

Why would you like to work with us? - The ICE community are friendly, and from my knowledge not as angry as other people, people I can tolerate. Which is something I like!

What skills do you posess that would make you a good addition to our Team? - I'd say I'm a fairly experienced ironman, which can come in help in many ways, I'm a pretty peaceful person, and I try to

push my peacefulness out on people.
