Why was the tbow hit so hard with a nerf? It's meant to be high end pvm gear and blowpipe can do more dps than it in Chambers of Xeric now

yes raids items in vote shop for reasonable amount of votepoints = more people voting = higher ranking for alora = attract more new players and possible donors
