low level weapons rework?

so its no secret that alot of weapons in game (low level) dont really work right, ie: darklight, granite longsword, etc. is there any hope for a simple fix on these weapons? and maybe an addition of a brine sabre for pure fashoinscape? also there might end up being more pkers/pking if more weapons that low levels use actually worked. i highly doubt this change ever comes but its food for thought i guess.

why exactly are grey chins donar only? asked in game and always get no answer. no request for changes or anything like that as im well above the need to catch them, just is it like xp rates, a bank is super close? if that matters for some reason, idk man just curious.
