Allow for EIMs to partner up with a brand new level 3 account and have a 6 months limit on it.

 

Ie, a duo eim can remove his partner but will have to wait 6 months to be able to partner up with a new lvl 3 account.

 

A solo EIM can duo up but only with a brand new lvl 3 account and then need to wait 6 months before being able to remove it, then another 6 to duo with someone new again.

I agree with the part that the bloody key should be slightly harder to use. As in, getting TBed and skulled when opening.

I am however going to need more convincing why we would need something like an "Ultra Bloody Key". 

 

The keys already bring a lot of people & they were recently fixed to yield greater drops. (At a higher intensity)

 

I will support the negatives with opening the normal chest, but I will not support the new key.

Please lords of Alora, no more keys that brings items into the game. I’d support making things harder for the current bloody key as it’s already pretty OP but please, no ultra key.

 

 

I like the idea, but he could just make the current key have more features/taken out of the PKP shop to make more of an incentive to actually go get the key (versus farming random players in wildy). 

 

 

In hindsight, the reasoning for the new key is that I'm guessing plenty of people have a lot of Bloody Keys laying around and introducing this change to the normal keys could possible interrupt the item flow balance more instead of adding a new key.

 

Maybe a solution is to rework the keys but let all old keys behave like they currently do while any new Bloody Keys introduced to the game would have this new mechanic + reworked/increased drop-table.

 

What I propose is this:

 

Note that "new keys" mentioned below are all bloody keys acquired after this change, not touching the existing keys. In short, there will only be one spawn and one Bloody Key + the old Bloody Key that is no longer acquirable and the old key keeps the current mechanics when opening the chest (yell announce, skull, current loot-table).

 

Make the current version of bloody keys untradeable to discourage hoarding them to sell off as discontinued items to collectors.

 

Remove bloody keys from Revs and add Crystal Blood + Ancient Keys instead, add a small chance to wildy bosses (not demi-bosses and not outside the wilderness!) to drop the finished Bloody Key.

Remove bloody keys from PKP shop to discourage player farming for the keys and forcing you to actually compete for them, either by rare PvM drops or getting the spawn

Keep the bloody key from daily task as they are currently 250 points and this feels like a fair amount considering that you don't get that many points per day, even while on a streak. Could possible increase points required.

Introduce a "new" bloody key that will replace all keys spawned or otherwise introduced to the game, either via drops from Wildy bosses, making them with the blood + ancient key or gaining them from the spawn event, buying them from the daily shop.

 

 

Gaining a key from a Wildy Boss will announce a world wide yell as per usual, possible with the boss mentioned as well. (aLIEz acquired a Bloody Key from Venenatis!)

Buying a key from the task shop or by making it yourself with ancient key + crystal blood will NOT trigger a yell, as per current mechanics. The crystal blood and ancient key drops will still keep their current yell announcements.

Picking up the spawned key will make a new server wide announcement with the name of whoever PICKED UP the key when it spawned.

Opening the chest with the "new" key will skull + TB you as per Skotz rules while giving you a increased chance to hit the rare drop table and possible a chance at some new cosmetics + the current announcement whenever someone open the chest.

Only thing I'd suggest is the ability to change your partner to a BRAND NEW LEVEL 3 ACCOUNT and only once.
