What is your suggestion?: To be able to imbue crystal bows/shields with the imbuement scroll. Imbuing could increase the bows stats or slightly increase the attack speed from 4 to 5 (speed should be 5 already, source; http://oldschoolrunescape.wikia.com/wiki/Crystal_bow) so the speed would be slightly slower than shortbows. Imbuing the shield could increase it's defensive bonuses slightly and maybe a slight prayer bonus increase too.

Is this in OSRS?: Kinda. You can imbue the bow and the shield so they won't lose stats once they start to degrade but since items don't degrade on Alora, a stat boost etc would be nice.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: I believe not.

How would this benefit Alora?: It's possible to imbue the halberd for slight attack and prayer bonus increase so I think it would be fair to be able to imbue the other crystal items too.

What is your suggestion?: Having the ability to uncharge an imbued salve amulet.

How would this benefit Alora?: Well since you can already remove the imbuement scroll from a black mask and use it on another item, I thought I could do the same with the imbued salve amulet but I couldn't. There's an option to uncharge the amulet but it's not functioning. Now I have to get another imbuement scroll so I can get my imbued slayer helm back and it kinda sucks. Would be nice if there was a way to take the scroll out of the amulet too.
