Moving the Grey Chinchompas from directly behind the bank at the Donator Zone.

How would this benefit Alora?:

I know I personally tend to click the Grey Chins behind the bank when attempting to click the chest, which can be annoying when skilling. It's not a major issue, just a minor QoL suggestion, maybe they can be moved back a little further or even shifted a little bit away from the chest in whatever direction. When I fish or woodcut, theres a chance of hovering over the chest but accidentally clicking a Chinchompa which when semi-afking can be a tad bit annoying. I love that Chins are in the DZ making it easier and more efficient to train hunter, and I wouldn't want them removed only slightly adjusted.

Adding A Soul Rune Altar

How would this benefit Alora?: 

So as you all know, we can't actually craft soul runes on here. Not entirely sure if there is a reason behind that, but nevertheless I must suggest adding a Soul altar to allow us to actually craft them. A good use for Soul runes is Blood Barrage, which is really good for a lot of things like Zulrah, Kraken, Jad, Inferno, basically anything you can mage and would rather heal with magic and save on some supplies. Normally I wouldn't mind about not being able to craft a certain rune because I absolutely hate runecrafting with a passion. Although, as an ironman I find it a little tough to gather a lot of soul runes as you can only get them from drops. Mainly bosses at that, since most regular npc's tend not to drop big stacks. I am only suggesting this because I know you can craft Soul runes on OSRS, so I figured it's obviously possible to implement. I was wondering because I know before I left Alora originally, DS2 wasn't out yet so there was no such thing as wrath runes. Which just makes me ask why they'd add that, but can't just add a simple altar for a rune that I feel is more important especially for ironmen.

Adding Trade Option To Ironman Store NPC Paul

Okay so as everybody who has an ironman account knows, our only in-game shop to buy the essentials from is Paul. I have been thinking about the idea of possibly adding a "Trade" option to Paul that would bring you directly to the shop. I am not asking for any other options or anything to be removed, would just like to have a trade option to make it easier to access as most people go to Paul for the supply shop he has. It's not a major suggestion, but I figured I would bring it to the attention of the staff team as well as the community. I would love to see the feedback from the community on whether or not they like this option. It's nothing major, and I wouldn't want to waste the staffs time on such a small manner but I feel that it would be an extremely simple add that would just boost the efficiency of quickly shopping from Paul.
