I support this but feel it should be any amount of times, this is literally paying Omi to live comfortably, why shouldn't we be allowed to make the most of what we give/earn him?

I'm gonna disagree, I think a better option would be to improve the drop table, remove things like rune items, swamp tar and all the other pointless drops and add things such as sanfews, extra blood runes or dragon arrows, and whatever else is actually useful to people, and can be sold or used for ironmen. Chnage what you can buy in the chests to super combats and range potions instead of prayer/staminas
