The average fire lighter drop on old school gives 12.8. on here the max I've seen is 3.
My suggestion is to lower the amount needed for the recolor. To about 20 would be same as os with the reduced rates, or to buff the amount of fire lighters given by clue scrolls.

Add Object Strange Casket with dialouge option to give you the chance to encounter a mimic when opening clue scrolls (Maybe hard-elite). This is also where you go to fight the boss.
Add item Mimic which is random obtained instead of clue loot after interacting with the Strange Casket.
