You can give noted items to the tool leprechaun in OSRS. And don't see why not on Alora, good small QoL.

On the osrs wiki it states "Noted versions of these items can be stored as long as there is space available. "Right-click" the item in storage to withdraw as a note"

That's great! , I was telling myself it had to be in osrs because it just makes sense, however was not sure! :) thank you
