I think the GIM game mode would continue to strive as far as the future goes, as long as there was at least a one time opportunity to give the leader of the GIM team the option to remove and add new members. This would cater to all the individual GIM that are forced to play solo due to starting up a team, then having all of their group members go inactive. The game mode is still fresh, but just my two cents.
