Here are a couple tips:
1. Fastest cooking XP is wines, you’ll get a lot of grapes from Zulrah grind.
2. Use bones are chaos altar (there is a guide for this in misc guides).
3. Get prayer bonus armor from mountain daughter quest.
4. Varrock armor, cooking gaunlets, and chaos gaunlets are very helpful.
