How would this benefit Alora?: Was going through my dailies for today and saw this 

 

I'm usually on a streak and the medium task would've made me lose my streak, the reason we weren't allowed to open the chest is because of the really good items early game if we're lucky. Now that we're 4 months into GIM, I believe we should allow them to be picked up and opened if only so we can do this medium daily.

Remembered this update from Omicron

So Omicron was going to make GIM's able to use bloody keys at some point.

As far I as I know it is coded.

Endeavor, is it confirmed that the prospector set bonus is actually coded? I was told when I first started that it was not coded this is news to me. If it is, that's awesome to know and might have to grab that to speed up that grind!

The Rejuvenation pool update in the last update that changed the spec cooldown timer for EVERY pool including the POH pools to 5mins in my opinion is a very bad update for the server for pvm AND pvp.

 

For pvm, you can no longer do efficient 1-2 kill trips to save supplies for some bosses like kq(which is aids to kill efficiently without spec) cerb, vorkath etc. because def reducing spec weps make them much more enjoyable to do.

 

For pvp, most fights last around 2-3mins max, there is no way I'm starting another fight without having full spec so I'm forced to just wait around to get my spec back, this just alienates even more people from starting and continuing to pk because who wants to wait around doing nothing for 2-3mins just to fight again.

 

The way Omicron phrased the update 

 

If you're so adamant on pkers not spec tabbing either code it like osrs where you can't get your special attack restored if you've attacked a player within the past 90 seconds or so OR if the code eludes you then just make a server rule about it so as to not piss off the 95% of your community that plays the server to skill or pvm because we all know that only a few people pk. I agree that they deserve QOL pking updates, but this update did not seem QOL to pvp in any way.

What is your suggestion?: Making the varrock armour 4 count as a prospector top if you have the full set

Is this in OSRS?: Yes, on osrs if you wear a varrock armour 4 while wearing prospector helm, legs and boots you get the extra xp boost and the chance of mining extra ores

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: I couldn't find it

How would this benefit Alora?: It would only benefit us post-max exp nerds who have a prospector set, maybe if you made it so if you had the full set then you'd have a chance at extra ore or if you had the varrock armour 4 in your inventory while wearing the full set.
