I'm now on my second team and again the team have quit. Since we are not able to leave an inactive team and I'm not aware of the plans. We should be able to access the banks of team mates in order to help us out. This also would stop people hoarding who know they will quit and maybe keep them playing.
EDIT: This wouldn't be open straight away. I mean if the teammattes quit then we can potentially think about it. Once you go through a certain amount of time of inactivity. Your bank then goes to the shared bank. Because then were not abusing people who are still playing. but not losing out to people who aren't
